Our site is for owners and beneficiaries in Lake Taupō Forest Trust and all those who are interested in the future of the Trust.

Lake Taupō Forest Trust owns or administers around 32,000 hectares of land on the eastern shores of Lake Taupō for the benefit of owners, of which around 23,000 hectares are plantation forest.

There’s also information about our land, the forests, our history and news of activities in the forest and in our community.

Available to all our grant recipients for 2024, this wānanga is to help you connect with fellow students around the motu, internship providers, potential employers, staff and trustees at Lake Taupō Forest Trust.

Owner Access Notices

Owner access to the northern half of Lake Taupō Forest will be available at week-end hours (5am-11pm) from Friday, 29 March to Monday, 1 April inclusive. As usual, permits and fob keys are required.
