Land & Forest

The forest was begun in 1969, when the Trust signed a lease with the Crown. Lake Taupo Forest has a planted area of around 23,000 hectares. The Maori Land Court list all of the blocks and ownership details that are linked through to this section. 

The Map gives a visual representation of the land blocks and where within the forest they are situated.
