Senior People Advisor

Attention Human Resources professionals who want to escape the city traffic.

Senior People Advisor. This is a new role tasked with delivering and providing support to the Trust mainly in the Human Resources and Employment Relations areas and will report to the Corporate Services Manager. You will be given opportunity to provide strategic and operational HR and ER advice generally to the Corporate Services whilst continuously building capability and capacity to deliver the strategic people outcomes.

You should be confident to develop and implement/improve HR policies, processes, and frameworks including performance and remuneration, culture, and change management. You will be working with senior leadership to build a culture that reflects the aspirations of the Trust’s beneficiaries. A tertiary qualification is not necessary but ideally at least five years HR experience that supports an understanding or synergy of Māori business, whānau, tikanga and cultural platforms.
